Welcome to Thriving Bodies by Lola Mae! I am your Personal Trainer, Lola Nash. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with Cert III & IV in Fitness and I am currently studying Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University.
I have a great passion for helping individuals discover their strongest and most confident selves through fitness and wellbeing. I specialise in Strength and Conditioning training and aim to build strong and healthy bodies and minds.
